Each 45-min session is one-on-one with the coach of your choice fulfilling an individualized fitness plan. Common personal training goals include: weight loss, pain reduction, injury rehab, sport specific strength and conditioning, and weightlifting.
Individualized coaching is working one-on-one with a coach but without the personal training sessions. It is designed to help you achieve your goals faster because the programming is tailored to YOU!
